This notice identifies the owner of merch.pekata.de and sets out the conditions for accessing and using the site, in compliance with Article 10 of Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (LSSI).

2. Purpose

merch.pekata.de is Pekata's catalogue of personalised merchandising for companies. On it you can browse products, see indicative prices and request a quote. Accessing and browsing the site confers the status of user and implies acceptance of this legal notice.

Published prices are shown excluding VAT, refer to a minimum order of 10 units per reference and include single-colour branding in the product's standard area. They are indicative: the price that counts is the one in the quote we send you in writing, and no content on the site constitutes a contractual offer in itself. The order is only closed once you accept that quote. Each quote also has a minimum order value of €100.00 excluding VAT in products, not counting shipping.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of this site (texts, design, code, Pekata's logos and trade marks) are owned by Reloting, S.L. Product photographs and descriptions belong to Reloting, S.L. or to the manufacturers and suppliers who have authorised their use, and the product brands that appear in the catalogue belong to their respective owners. The reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of these contents without express authorisation is prohibited, except for personal and private use.

Lifestyle photographs are digital recreations, and the mock-ups with your logo are an indicative representation of the result: the final colour, size and position of the branding are confirmed in the quote.

The logos and other graphic elements you send us remain yours. By sending them you declare that you have the right to use them and you authorise us to reproduce them solely to prepare the mock-up, the quote and, if you accept it, the order.

4. Conditions of use

You undertake to make lawful use of the site, not to use it for activities contrary to the law, good faith or public order, to provide truthful information when you request a quote and not to introduce into the network any programs or data that could damage the systems of the owner or of third parties.

5. Links

This site contains links to Pekata's corporate website (www.pekata.es) and to our social media profiles, as well as to third-party sites. Reloting, S.L. is not responsible for the contents or the policies of third-party sites, visits to which are governed by their own terms.

6. Liability

Reloting, S.L. endeavours to ensure that the information published is accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the site, and shall not be liable for damages arising from causes beyond its reasonable control. The availability of a product and its delivery time are confirmed in the quote.

7. Data protection and cookies

The processing of the personal data we collect through this site is governed by the Privacy policy and the Cookie policy.

8. Returns and claims

Our products are made or branded to order with the customer's logo and are sold to businesses only. For that reason, once the quote has been accepted, no returns or exchanges are accepted for withdrawal, for an ordering mistake by the customer or for a change of mind.

  • Claims: if the goods arrive damaged, with a manufacturing defect, or with a print that is faulty or differs from the approved mock-up, write to us at [email protected] within 7 calendar days of delivery, with photographs, and keep the goods. Visible transport damage must also be noted on the carrier's delivery note on receipt.
  • Remedy: we replace or re-print the affected units free of charge and, where that is not possible, refund them. A claim on part of an order does not affect the rest.
  • Approved mock-up: the position, size, colours and wording of the print that you approved in the mock-up cannot be claimed afterwards.
  • Tolerances: owing to the nature of production, the units delivered may differ by up to 5% from those ordered, and the quantity delivered is invoiced. Slight variations in colour against the Pantone reference or in the position of the print, inherent to the material and the technique, are not considered a defect.

9. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the site, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals that have jurisdiction under the applicable legislation.
