Branded hand fans have a rare advantage in merchandise: they open out, they’re held at face height and they can be seen from several metres away. At a summer event or in a warm exhibition hall, a hundred hand fans with your brand are a hundred printed surfaces moving around the room, and they get used the same day they’re handed out. What we need from you for the quote

Printed hand fans in full colour aren’t taken straight from the online catalogue: they’re made from your specifications. With this, we prepare the quote and mock-up:

• Quantity by style. The minimum quantity depends on the mould or die-cut, and we’ll confirm it with the quote; the unit price comes down on larger runs.
• Style and material: paddle fan, plastic folding fan, paper, bamboo or wood.
• Design: logo only or the full leaf printed, single or double-sided, and the colour of the ribs.
• Presentation: loose, in a fabric pouch or in an individual box with a card.
• Date of the event. In the months before summer there are more orders, so it’s best to finalise the design in good time.
• Logo as a vector file (SVG, AI or PDF); if you only have PNG or JPG, we’ll check it and tell you whether it will work.

   Quote and mock-up

   Within 24 working hours you’ll receive the quote and a free mock-up of the open fan, with your design and the branding in position.

   Approval and payment

   You pay when you approve the mock-up, before production starts. If you want to see the finish in person, ask us about samples.

   Production and delivery

   Usually it takes two to three weeks from approval; pouches, boxes or a custom rib colour can make it a little longer. We ship with tracking to one address or split across several sites, throughout the EU.

The most obvious use is a summer event: trade shows, conferences in warm halls, presentations on terraces or in gardens.
