For the office and event handouts
When you need a cup to use by the coffee machine or to hand out at a trade fair, it needs to be lightweight, easy to stack and sensibly priced. Recycled plastic or double-wall cups fit this brief well, usually in 250-350 ml, with pad printing or wraparound screen printing.
Before you decide, check the height on the product page: if it does not fit under the machine spout, it will stop being used very quickly. For the logo, a small print on one side usually works best; a full wrap only really pays off when it is tied to an event or an eco merchandise campaign.

If the cup will be carried by hand, used in the car or taken from one meeting to the next, you need a better lid and a shape that is comfortable to drink from. The mid-range includes many 300 to 350 ml branded travel cups with anti-drip or spill-resistant lids, in plastic or painted steel, with pad printing, wraparound screen printing or 360° digital print.
The usual mistake is to confuse anti-drip with leakproof. An anti-drip lid helps prevent splashes while walking, but it is not designed to lie on its side in a backpack. Check the base too if it will be used in the car: many models taper it so they fit more easily in a cup holder.

When the cup is for gifting or needs to hold up through hours of use, the natural step up is vacuum-insulated double-wall steel. Bear in mind that laser engraving does not reproduce your exact brand colour: it leaves the logo in the tone of the metal. If you want a welcome pack or a more complete gift, pair the cup with other branded bottles and mugs in the same order.

The prices on this page are per unit, with your logo in one colour in the standard print area, excluding VAT and delivery; if you change the technique or add more colours, we will adjust it in the quote.
